2. How does our order verification process work?
Once you place your order from our website. you will receive an automated SMS from our system along with a verification link. 3. What are the exchange, return and refund policies for nutrafit.pk?
Any product may be returned within 10 days of purchase if the packing is not opened. If you have opened the packing and are not satisfied with it, please call +92300 8448439 and the customer care agent will guide you accordingly, You can select from below options for returning your products.
Our partner courier will pick it up from your delivery address. Once we receive your products at Nutrafit, We will deduct Rs 200 from your order amount and return the rest to your Bank Account / Easy Paisa / Jazz Cash. If you suspect your product has been tampered with, please be sure to keep the original product and product packaging if possible. We’ll provide instructions on how to send the product back.
4. How do I return Nutrafit products if purchased from a different store?
If you purchased Nutrafit products online on another website, please follow the instruction on that site for returns and refunds. If you purchased Nutrafit products at one of our retailer partners, please return the item to that store according to their return and refund policy.
